3M- Mentoring Males into Men Equipping Young Men with Purpose, Integrity, and Strength
As boys transition from childhood to adolescence, they experience a range of changes that shape their identity and influence their future.
3M (Mentoring Males to Men) is a transformative program designed to guide young men through this critical stage of life by helping them understand and embrace the true meaning of manhood.
Through engaging sessions, hands-on activities, and real-life examples drawn from historical and current figures, 3M explores the essential attributes that define strong, compassionate, and purpose-driven men.
Participants are encouraged to grow in character, confidence, and conviction as they prepare to lead meaningful lives.
What Our Mentees Learn
Courage
Participants learn that courage means facing challenges head-on and standing for what is right—even when it’s difficult. They will be introduced to modern-day role models who exemplify bravery in their actions.
Strength
The program emphasizes that strength is more than physical power—it includes emotional resilience, perseverance, and self-control. Participants explore how inner strength plays a critical role in personal growth.
Integrity
3M instills the importance of doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. Young men are taught the value of honesty and moral character as the foundation of trust and respect.
Leadership
Participants explore what it means to lead by example. Through stories of influential leaders, they learn to guide others with humility, accountability, and compassion.
Compassion
The program highlights the power of empathy and kindness. Young men are encouraged to show generosity and understanding in their interactions, building stronger relationships and communities.
Accountability
In 3M – Mentoring Males to Men, participants are not passive recipients of services. They are active contributors to their own growth and success, with clear expectations, structured support, and consistent accountability.
Responsibility
The program teaches the importance of taking ownership of one’s actions. Participants learn that responsibility is key to gaining trust and becoming dependable leaders in their families and communities.
Loyalty
Young men are encouraged to remain loyal and committed to their beliefs, their goals, and the people who depend on them. The program explores how consistency and dedication contribute to long-term success.

National Night Out
National Night Out is our largest community event and a powerful way we connect families to resources, schools, and ongoing programs.
