As boys transition from childhood to adolescence, they experience a range of changes that shape their identity and influence their future. 3M (Mentoring Males to Men) is a transformative program designed to guide young men through this critical stage of life by helping them understand and embrace the true meaning of manhood.

Through engaging sessions, hands-on activities, and real-life examples drawn from historical and current figures, 3M explores the essential attributes that define strong, compassionate, and purpose-driven men. Participants are encouraged to grow in character, confidence, and conviction as they prepare to lead meaningful lives.

Courage

Participants learn that courage means facing challenges head-on and standing for what is right—even when it’s difficult. They will be introduced to modern-day role models who exemplify bravery in their actions.

Strength

The program emphasizes that strength is more than physical power—it includes emotional resilience, perseverance, and self-control. Participants explore how inner strength plays a critical role in personal growth.

National Night Out

National Night Out is our largest community event and a powerful way we connect families to resources, schools, and ongoing programs. It’s more than a one-night event—it brings the community together, introduces families to support services, and opens the door to year-round opportunities like mentorship, education, and youth development.
